CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

PT Dunggio Drilling implements Corporate Social Responsibility in its daily business activities, not only in the exploration areas surrounding the drilling site but also towards the wider community. This aims to achieve continuous improvement in economic, social, and environmental aspects. To achieve maximum results, the Company's Management adopts an approach based on Good Corporate Governance, a Code of Business Conduct, K3 (Occupational Health and Safety), and Environmental Management, all of which aim to achieve sustainable business development and growth, both for the Company and the wider community.

To achieve the above objectives, the Company Management strives as best as possible to align Corporate Social Responsibility in accordance with Indonesian Government Regulations by always based on the following policies:

Uphold human rights values both internally (employees) and externally (communities surrounding operations) and strive to avoid human rights violations.
Respect local laws, customs, culture, values, and norms within the company's operations.
Always integrate business operations with social responsibility to the surrounding community in decision-making.
Manage the business with a sound code of ethics.
Continuously improve the implementation of Safety, Security, Health, and the Environment and integrate all established frameworks into the company's exploration program.
Conduct environmental and occupational safety risk analyses for potential adverse impacts from the company's operational activities for the benefit of local communities.
Engage and communicate effectively, in good faith, and transparently with stakeholders.
Strive to encourage business partners, suppliers of goods and services, and customers to collectively adopt CSR principles and practices on an ongoing basis.

All employees of PT. Dunggio Drilling are required to implement and carry out in accordance with the established CSR policies to achieve integrated continuous improvement between the company's business, society, and the environment.
